<p>Feb 11, 2011, RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, CA – Island Cupcakes brought a bit of the islands to Rancho Santa Margarita Saturday afternoon during its grand opening celebration.</p>
<p>Le Polynesia Halau/Hula School students performed in front of the bakery, at 30622 Santa Margarita Pkwy., for visitors to watch. The students performed popular hula dances from islands around the world. Lori Lei Montgomery, the lead dance instructor, also performed a special solo dance for the crowd. There were also Hawaiian drummers.</p>
<p>Towards the end of the celebration, Le Polynesia students invited guests to learn some basic hula dance moves.</p>
